Heather was born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina. She is a double graduate from Liberty University, having completed her Bachelor’s degree in English in 2016 and her Juris Doctor in 2020. After graduating law school, she was happy to return to Statesville, where she currently resides with her two boxers, Mila and Maggie.

Heather is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Since becoming an attorney, Heather has received numerous accolades and recognitions, including being selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list. Membership into the Top 40 Under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to premier trial lawyers across the United States. Most recently, Heather was nominated and selected as a 2023 Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a recognition that only 2.5% of lawyers in North Carolina receive.
